How do I place an order? Orders can be placed through our order form located below and on all pages on our website; direct message on lnstagram or Facebook; or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 24 hour response time. Your order must include:
Board or grazing table option
Number of guests
Desired date and time of day for delivery
Address for delivery
Any allergies, dietary restrictions or special requests
How do I get my board or grazing table? We're pleased to deliver to your home or work in a box convenient for safe transportation. We offer free delivery in a 10 km radius of Chester and for a nominal fee outside of this area.
How do I pay? Payment is due upon confirmation of your order. Payment is accepted through e-transfer or cash.
What if I have to cancel? Boards: For a full refund, cancellation MUST be made a minimum 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
Grazing Table: For a full refund, cancellation MUST be made 14 full days in advance. Cancellation within 13 to 8 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation within the 7 days will NOT receive any refund as grazing products would already have been purchased for your event.
